Frontier Water Systems
Frontier Water Systems will demonstrate some of the engineering and design which goes into the creation of our equipment and Bioreactors. We will also show how these are used in the treatment and removal of selenium, nitrate and heavy metals from water that may be returned to our lakes and rivers. FWS employs innovative Engineers from many disciplines such as Electrical, Computer, Chemical, and Mechanical. We hope to inspire young Engineers of to help with our future needs of clean water.

Booth will feature LEGO robots for visitors to try hands on programming and drawing with 3D pens.
Cox Communications
The Cox IP Packet Racer depicts how packets of information blast through Cox’s Gigablast fiber optic network from one point to the other! Participants will build their own “IP Packets” (similar to wooden derby cars) and race them on Cox’s High Speed Internet network. Participants will be able to decorate their “IP Packets” before racing them down the track. This fun and interactive activity helps kids learn about science and engineering concepts.
Corning Life Sciences
Corning Life Sciences will have hands-on tools for attendees to try out liquid pipetting and a color mixing station where attendees can try using the pipets to create new color solutions. We can also answer general laboratory questions for the curious minds!
Elementary Institute of Science
Kids will have fun hands-on Science demonstrations with our STEM experts in chemistry, marine biology, and/or zoology. Kids are you ready to be a scientist? Come find out what the Elementary Institute of Science is all about!

Informational booth with handouts and giveaways. Info on OLP's STEM and Robotics programs.

We will have two booths. At our first booth experience a Virtual Reality Demo, Smart Watch Demo, and Wireless Reach Video: Bringing advanced wireless technologies to underserved communities globally, improving lives with programs that strengthen economic and social development. At our second booth experience the Thinkabit Lab: Explore careers in the technology sector and experience how code can change how fast a light blinks or a motor spins.
San Diego Cultural Arts Alliance
A live art demonstration featuring three to four of SDCAA's graffiti art and mural artists. They will create dynamic STEM-related art, using surfboards as the canvas.
San Diego County Credit Union
Join us for credit union Jeopardy-style trivia and learn more about our financial services and information. Adults (at least 18 years old) can also enter for a chance to win up to $500 in our SDCCU Cash Cube.
