Learn how Live Well San Diego is advancing the vision for a region that is healthy, safe, and thriving for all! Connect with the County of San Diego Parks and Recreation, Environmental Health and Quality, and San Diego County Library for interactive activities - play with dry-ice bubbles, get an up-close look at the mosquito lifecycle, say hello to raptors, and explore STEAM-themed books. Be sure to stop by the Live Well on Wheels bus to learn hands-only CPR, in partnership with Revive & Survive San Diego.
ESET will be doing a hands-on activity that demonstrates how Cybersecurity Software eliminates digital threats and stops hackers.
Our booth will feature hands on STEM activities for all ages! Come on by to learn more about various engineering topics such as circuits, personal robot programming, and learn how to build your own rocket!
Physics related demonstrations including: differential pressure ball launcher, electromagnetic can launcher, liquid nitrogen demos, electrical power generation using human power, plasma (ionized gas) and spectroscopy, levitating electromagnets. Also, discussions using nuclear fusion in a future electrical power generating plant.
Come test your energy knowledge and help us power a clean energy future. Through hands-on, interactive activities, we’ll inspire youth of all ages to explore how clean, renewable energy works — and how it helps build a healthier, more sustainable San Diego for everyone.
