The County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health Hazmat Division (HMD) helps keep the citizens of San Diego County safe from the harmful effects of hazardous materials waste through regulatory programs and emergency response. DEH Hazardous Incident Response team Responds to chemical, biological and radiation incidents.
