Want to convince your math teacher that 10 + 10 = 4? Stop by PC14-17 to chat with the Viasat team and learn about binary code, a language that lets you translate numbers, words, images, sounds, and just about anything else you can think of into a simple string of 0s and 1s!

It aligns the efforts of individuals, organizations and government to help all 3.3 million San Diego County residents live well.
